About DGA

Digital Government Africa (DGA) is now firmly established as Africa’s leading event for the digital transformation of government to improve efficiency and provide better services for citizens. The summit is centred around scheduled meetings between African government officials and the leading industry and technology solution providers for e-government, digital identity, cloud services, border technology, cybersecurity, ICT infrastructure, electronic payments and AI for government.

DGA2026 is the fourth edition and is proudly hosted in Kampala, under the official patronage of the Government of Uganda. African governments are represented by their ministries for ICT, digital economy, home affairs, finance and associated agencies responsible for e-government implementation.

At the heart of the summit is the unique format of dedicated pre-scheduled meetings between industry and government ministers and officials.

All participating industry partners will be able to schedule meetings of their choice with ministries of interior, education, finance, ICT and the e-government units from over 30 African countries.
