Liquid Intelligent Technologies has a 15-year National Network License and a five-year National Service Licence issued by the Zambia Information & Communication Technology Authority (ZICTA) in 2011 and 2016 respectively. The Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia operation is strengthened by its association with and access to all the resources within the Liquid Intelligent Technologies Group.

Liquid Intelligent Technologies brings to the company their vast experience in the ICT industry both in the region and further abroad. Liquid Intelligent Technologies is a leading independent data, voice and IP provider, supplying wholesale fibre optic, satellite and international carrier services to telecommunications operators in developing countries. The company owns and operates one of the largest regional fibre optic networks in Southern Africa with access to submarine cables, Seacom, SAT3 WACS, EASSY, TEAMS which circumvents the continent of Africa for onward connection to Europe and the Far East.
